What size should I order?

As a guideline, we recommend that you use our sizing chart, which can be found here. If you require specific sizing information, please email customercare@her-line.com and we will measure your requested item for you.

What does it mean when a garment is self-lined?

A self-lined garment uses the main fabric for its interior lining, as opposed to contrast fabric.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I use a discount code on a sale item?

Unfortunately, discount codes can only be applied on full priced items.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

International purchases may be subject to local customs duties and/or taxes upon their arrival in the country of delivery. These taxes and duties are not included in the cost of your purchase and we do not cover the cost of these charges.

When will my order arrive?

For international orders, please allow 2–3 business days. If there has been a delay with your order, please email customercare@her-line.com and we will try to address the matter for you right away.

Do I need to accept delivery in person?

Yes. All orders need to be signed for upon delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours between 9am and 5pm, such as your place of work.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

All items are couriered from our studio in the most secure possible way. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email returns@her-line.com and we’ll review the matter right away.

How do I request a return or exchange?

I’ve returned some items. When will you receive them?

If you send your return via express post it should arrive at our studio the next day and be processed within 48 hours for refund. We will notify you via email when the return has been processed. Returns sent via standard post can take 1–14 days, so please allow at least 7 days for us to receive your goods.

I'm trying to locate my order. How can I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow the whereabouts of your delivery. If you have any further questions regarding shipping please review our shipping page or contact us at customercare@her-line.com.
