Holiday shipping times

  • For Australian orders; order before 12pm Wednesday 19th of December to receive by 25th of December.

  • For International orders; order before 12pm Monday 17th of December to receive by 25th of December.

Information about your order

All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent from our Sydney studio using DHL Worldwide Express with full tracking available. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

International order tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery.

International taxes and duties

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
